Precision K9 Work
We wanted to provide a wonderful review for our puppy’s trainer Logan. We have a beautiful German Shepherd and started her off with puppy training classes. From Logan’s classes, our puppy learned all the basics quickly: sit, down, stand, heel, middle, and place. Logan is extremely knowledgable and patient. She provides clear instructions which makes it easy for us to train our pup. Also, Logan is fantastic around our two small children (they love Logan)!
We started puppy training to ensure our dog was well behaved (and protective) around our kids. The fact that Logan does so well with our puppy (even with our kids are running around) is amazing. When she was big enough, we sent our puppy to off leash training with Logan, and the results have been fantastic. All the basics learned in the puppy classes were reenforced. Our dog has much better recall (“here”) and does much better staying on her “place.” She’s also much calmer and gentler around our kids since the off leash training. We have a few more follow up lessons to work on socializing our pup around other dogs (which we have no doubt we’re on our way). Logan is AMAZING!! We sent our maniac puppy to Precision and he came back a whole new dog! Now, he listens incredibly well and is unbelievably well behaved.
He knows all the basic commands and will stay on his “place” for an extended period of time until we release him, even when there’s a knock at the door. I would HIGHLY recommend Logan and Precision if you’re considering training for your dog.

What I learned from this experience is that with a e-collar you can do wonders to the most stubborn dog, also that is easier to train new behaviors without the e collar and then reinforce them with it if it is necessary, and I learned that train a dog that is above 1 year old make more sense than try to train a puppy that is new to anything and gets excited / reactive / fearful about anything. I did the whole package and in reality I only went to the 1 x 1 training and It wasn’t pleasant for my dog or myself, later my dog didn’t want to go there at all, so the group thing were not as productive as I thought.
My advice is if you have a puppy younger than 1 year old, don’t do the e collar just yet, try positive reinforcement, and don’t break the bond with your dog in an hour only because cost you more than $100.00 means will work.

YouTube can teach you all about of e collars for free. The dogs used for the examples received different training is not all the e-collar, is time, patients and a lot of consistency. Know that dog training is all about you, understanding how your dog think and reacts, and you knowing how to use this info. If you get to know your dog and gain their trust magically your dog turns the best dog but only coz you also turn in the best trainer. Consistency make the magic.
