After the FIRST session with Brett we understood why Napoli is so reactive
I recently adopted a loving 2-year-old Lhasa Apso/terrior mix dog from a rescue and, with exception to taking walks, he was a dream. About two weeks after adopting my dog, he suddenly refused to climb hills or walk about 100 paces away from my apartment without protesting. After a single one-on-one home visit from Brett, my dog was fine. Brett showed me how to properly lead him and how to counter his stubbornness.
In my opinion, Brett is not only a Dog Savant, but also a Human Savant. He reassured me, provided constructive criticism, and gave me all the tools I needed to be lead my dog confidently. He is also great about answering questions over the phone or via text before/after your appointment.
Suffice to say, I highly recommend him. He is worth penny! I’ll be back for future lessons with him. His work surpassed my expectations and he completely fixed the problem in one session.

We have used three other trainers with very little progression in calming Napoli’s leash aggression, improving socialization skills, and decreasing anxiety.

For Napoli’s situation, the treats were making the situation worse. Before Brett we had no idea how to deal with her behavior without using treats. No more treat pouches and messy pockets for us!
